All my friends are asking how you are able to maintain your body fitness
After so many quires I am revealing my secret that, daily I do Aerobus exercise. hey it's not typo it is co-brother to aerobics exercise ( made in Hyderabad)

Every morning do this or while you go to office
Step 1: Have a walk to the Bus stop from your home
Step 2: Catch a RTC bus by running, because RTC busses will not stop in Bus stands as it's a custom in Hyderabad in peak hours. (Because either it's full with passengers or the driver doesn't like to stop)
Step 3: Somehow you managed to cache the bus and you will be in standing in the bus
Step 4: By difficult you will get little place to stand, so you will stand only on one leg, you can decide on which leg you want to stand and very often you will keep on changing
Step 5: when ever the driver applies a sudden brake and while taking the turn you will be pulled to front and pushed to back
Step 6: when a co-passengers start to getting down the bus, again you will be pulled and pushed
Step 7: As usual it's a custom that most of the busses doesn't stop in the Bus stands, get down from the running bus
Step 8: Do have a walk to the office from the Bus stand
Step 9: If your office is in the 6th floor like mine, go to 5th floor by Lift and from there go by walk
Step 10: Take a small nap in the office after the lunch(if any body complaints, forward this mail to them :-))
Step 11: Drink more water throughout the day
Step 12: Do sleep for minimum 8 Hr per day
